‘Truth is not deceiving me’

This drama is adapted from a true story of safe study abroad experiences. During the Lunar New Year of the Snake, it tells the story of how international students, encountering telecommunications fraud, helped each other and worked together with the assistance of embassy staff to successfully resolve the problem and enjoy a peaceful holiday. Through humorous and witty dialogue, the skit showcases the real lives of students studying in the UK, incorporating themes such as family reunion during the Spring Festival, homesickness, intergenerational communication, and safe study abroad. It highlights the unity and mutual assistance among students in the UK, expressing the message that with the motherland by their side, even the longest journey feels like home; and even the farthest foreign land is a warm home for them.
